About the Role We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Officer to support project delivery within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This 12-month assignment is ideal for an individual with a technical background who excels at keeping projects moving smoothly through strong coordination, rigorous governance support, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project coordination, managing multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Maintain crucial project governance artifacts, including risk registers, issue logs, and action items.
• Coordinate and prepare comprehensive project reporting packs and documentation for leadership.
• Act as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication flow.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated project management or coordination experience within a complex corporate or government environment.
• Superb organizational and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines.
• Hands-on experience supporting project governance processes (e.g., managing risk registers, building reporting packs).
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills for creating clear, concise documentation.
• A Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required.
• Knowledge of the energy industry and/or electricity transmission is a definite plus.
